Harsha, a certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator who guides individuals on a path of healing and self-discovery. She creates a safe and supportive environment, empowering individuals to break through emotional blocks, manage stress, and cultivate deeper self-awareness. Through her compassionate coaching and intuitive guidance, Harsha helps clients unlock their true potential, leading them to a more balanced, clear, and fulfilling life.
Aaron is a dedicated coach and facilitator who guides others through transformative journeys of self-discovery and growth. Passionate about men's work and relationships, he helps individuals overcome self-sabotage and limiting beliefs, improving their connections with themselves and others. Through his intuitive leadership, Aaron creates a supportive space for breakthroughs, gaining clarity, and discovering their true purpose.
