I first tried breathwork with Harsha because my aunt shared her experience with me and how beneficial it had been for her. First meeting Harsha, I was immediately blown away by her calming energy. Trying anything for the first time can be intimidating but she creates a safe space to truly be yourself- judgement free. It’s difficult for me to explain all of the emotions that I release through these sessions, and the weight that's lifted afterwards. I could feel energy vibrating through my entire body, and at times it’s quite exciting to feel energy moving in such a physical form.
